National Ride Out

  • Gooseberries 2754 Chippewa St St Louis, MO, 63118 United States (map)

A leisurely pedal through a few South St Louis neighborhoods on the evening of National Night Out

On the first Tuesday of August neighborhoods across the country will host block parties and other community events to promote safe neighborhoods and foster greater community.  So we thought this would be an amazing opportunity to gather together some of our cycling community for an easy pedal through south St Louis.  Our ride will take us through Dutchtown, Gravois  Park, Benton Park West, Fox Park, Tower Grove East, Shaw, Southwest Gardens, and Tower Grove South.  Come join us and the Preservation Research Office as we come together to appreciate some of the great businesses, people, and buildings in our part of town.

We will meet at Gooseberries at 6pm and begin the ride at 6:30pm.  A moderate paced cruise on a fairly flat route through a few South St Louis neighborhoods. We'll be making a pit stop at Tick Tock Tavern for a mid ride beverage.

Helmets, lights, and an awesome attitude are encouraged.

Here is the route!

Gooseberries is located at 2754 Chippewa Street.
